Coach collaborates with the cult-favorite streetwear label BAPE on a playful, animated collection that combines our New York attitude with the Tokyo-based brand's bold, rebellious style. Based on a sleek 1985 Coach design, this flap-front belt bag is crafted of buttery soft glovetanned leather and a disruptive take on our lightweight Signature chambray featuring BAPE's trademark Ape Head. Finished with our iconic turnlock closure and an adjustable strap to wear crossbody or over the shoulder, the hands-free design has room for your phone, wallet, keys and other essentials.
About the designer: With a devoted global following, A Bathing Ape—or BAPE, is the luxury lifestyle brand which catapulted streetwear into the mainstream. The unique name was inspired by the founder's passion for the 1968 film Planet of the Apes and "A bathing ape in lukewarm water," the ironic Japanese idiom that describes overindulgence.
