What our customers think:
The Coach Laurel Shoulder Bag is valued for its timeless, classy design and soft, slouchy leather that elevates everyday outfits. Customers appreciate the roomy yet not bulky interior, two strap options for shoulder or crossbody wear, a secure zip top, and refined metal accents that make it versatile for day or night. A few customers note occasional concerns about smell or hardware durability, yet most customers find it stylish, practical, and organized for daily use.

Love her!
I love her! Returned the black Allison for the LL pocket laurel and couldn't be happier. The dye job is so cool and unique. Love the exterior pockets and the silver hardware. I dont see myself wearing this crossbody, but I love that i have the strap option.
