Very pleased with the service and the product. Ordered it for my granddaughters birthday. We were preparing to leave for a cruise and ordered it for her to have it on the cruise for her birthday. Checked tracking and it sat for several days, which was worrisome. I called and they informed me it must be lost and they would send another one. I asked if they could do anything to make sure we had it before we left on our trip. They sent out another one next day so that we could have it. Very impressed and my granddaughter loved it, and that is all that matters. Thanks for letting this Gigi make her granddaughter’s birthday special.
